Jani Muuronen

I am an operational and commercial executive with a career in IT spanning nearly 30 years across four decades. I started as a developer and have since led teams, built sales organizations, and helped companies scale at various stages of growth.

Throughout my career I have held COO, CCO, and CEO roles in multiple companies. I have been accountable for P&L and delivered significant business transformations.

My developer background means I understand technology at a deep level — not just the surface. I know what's happening under the hood, and I can separate real potential from hype. This is especially valuable now, as AI is transforming business faster than any previous technology.

Because I also have broad experience building and leading companies, I have more business acumen than most technology consultants — and more technology understanding than most interim executives.
